1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "53jl" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to 53jl Casino, the online gaming platform accessible at 53jl.org, operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 53jl platform, whether or not they have made a deposit.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile associated with a Player on the 53jl platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, event, or result on the 53jl platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Philippine Peso funds credited to a Player's 53jl Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matching amounts awarded by 53jl that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all 53jl Players prior to first withdrawal.
• "PHT" means Philippine Time (UTC+8), the time zone used for all platform operations, deadlines, and support hours.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 53jl and each Player. By completing the registration process — which includes submitting your name, email address or mobile number, and date of birth — you expressly agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Acceptance is also deemed to occur when a Player: (a) places their first wager; (b) makes their first deposit; or (c) claims any bonus or promotional offer on the 53jl platform. Any of these actions constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between 53jl and the Player, whether written, verbal, or implied. 53jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time as further described in Section 15.

3Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 53jl Casino platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced through identity verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, or trusts may not register Player accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or regulatory exclusion from online gaming platforms in the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 53jl Casino or its affiliated game providers.

4Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 53jl platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is strictly limited to one (1) Account on the 53jl platform. Registering or maintaining more than one Account is a material breach of these Terms. 53jl reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances without prior notice upon discovery of duplicate registrations, regardless of whether duplicate accounts share the same device, IP address, payment method, or identifying information.

4.2 KYC Identity Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 53jl requires all Players to complete KYC verification. Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. 53jl may request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, source of funds, or residential address.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 53jl support may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to appropriate Philippine authorities.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC verification is true, accurate, and belongs to you. Using another person's identity — whether real or fictitious — to register or operate a 53jl Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and potential referral to law enforcement.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. 53jl strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not shared with any other service.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account for any purpose.
• You must notify 53jl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or suspicious activity on your Account.
• 53jl will never request your full password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel.

53jl bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable password security or shared their credentials with a third party. Transactions completed through your Account using correct credentials are presumed to have been authorized by you unless you promptly report otherwise.

6Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on the 53jl platform are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 53jl does not accept foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. The following payment methods are accepted:

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• BPI Online (bank transfer, credited within 30 minutes)
• BDO Online Banking (bank transfer, credited within 30 minutes)
• Metrobank Online (bank transfer, credited within 30 minutes)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit other than limits imposed by the Player's chosen payment provider. 53jl does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own fees, for which 53jl is not responsible.

53jl reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit that triggers our AML systems, appears to originate from a third party, or is otherwise inconsistent with the Player's established account history. In such cases, 53jl will notify the Player and may request additional documentation to clear the transaction.

7Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be fully completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during operational hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) submitted before 5:00 PM PHT are processed same business day; submissions after 5:00 PM PHT are processed the following business day.

7.1 Withdrawal Verification

53jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where: (a) the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to the Player's deposit history; (b) the account has received an active bonus within the preceding 72 hours; or (c) the account has been flagged by our AML systems. Verification holds will be communicated to the Player within 24 hours.

7.2 Unclaimed Balances

Balances on dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in the Cashier section. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

8Bonuses & Promotions

53jl offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions of this section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement for 53jl bonuses is fifteen times (15x) the bonus amount, to be completed using real-money wagers on eligible games within the specified bonus validity period. Bonus funds and wagering progress expire upon expiry of the stated validity period.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

53jl employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using bets that hedge across outcomes to guarantee wagering requirement completion with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms; or any other method determined to manipulate the intended purpose of a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 53jl reserves the right to: void the bonus and all associated winnings; suspend the Player's account pending investigation; permanently close the account without notice; and report coordinated fraud to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

8.3 Promotion Eligibility

Not all promotions are available to all Players. 53jl may restrict promotional eligibility based on VIP tier, account history, geographic region, or other factors determined at our sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible for any promotional offers and will not receive marketing communications.

9Gameplay Rules

53jl Casino offers a range of game categories including live dealer games, slots, sports betting, bingo, online sabong, and keno. Each game category and individual game is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these rules before wagering.

• All game outcomes on 53jl are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the real physical actions of trained dealers under studio conditions.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are verified third-party figures representing theoretical long-term averages. They do not predict individual session outcomes.
• Wagers placed are final once confirmed by the system. 53jl does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except where a documented technical error is identified on the platform's part.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, 53jl's dispute resolution policy (see Section 14) applies. Wagers are not settled on incomplete rounds unless game-specific rules provide otherwise.
• 53jl reserves the right to void any wager where the outcome was materially influenced by an error, bug, or unauthorized manipulation of the game software.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 53jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, forged, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if under 21 years of age;
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform or its games;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or undocumented software behavior to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, live dealers, or platform insiders to influence game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or using 53jl to process proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Depositing funds using payment accounts belonging to a third party;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 53jl staff, live dealers, or other platform users via any communication channel;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the 53jl platform's technical infrastructure;
• Accessing the platform through virtual private networks (VPNs) or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

11Responsible Gaming

53jl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to cause financial or personal harm, 53jl's responsible gaming tools are available to every Player at any time.

11.1 Available Responsible Gaming Controls

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of between 1 and 42 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the 53jl platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. Requests are processed immediately upon receipt by 53jl support.

11.2 Age Verification

53jl enforces strict age verification through mandatory KYC for all accounts. Any account suspected of belonging to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited in their entirety.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 53jl platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software code, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 53jl Casino or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 53jl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 53jl Casino.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 53jl Casino's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

53jl Casino shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond 53jl's reasonable control (including force majeure events);
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security as required by Section 5;
• Losses arising from a Player's violation of these Terms.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While 53jl makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and game integrity, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

14Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 53jl platform, you should first contact our support team through the following process:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing via email to [email protected]. Include your account username, the date and time of the incident, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours PHT.
2. Investigation: 53jl will investigate your complaint and provide a written resolution within five (5) business days of acknowledgement. Complex disputes involving game logs or payment records may require up to ten (10) business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 53jl's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official complaint channels. 53jl will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.

All disputes relating to individual game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems will be resolved by reference to the server-side game log, which constitutes definitive evidence of the outcome. Players accept that the server-side record takes precedence over any client-side display discrepancy.

15Amendments to These Terms

53jl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to Players by:

• A prominently displayed notice on the 53jl homepage and login page for a minimum of 14 days prior to the effective date of the change; and
• An email notification to the registered email address of active Players where the change materially affects Player rights or obligations.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their effect, or updates required by changes in Philippine law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Continued use of the 53jl platform on or after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.

16Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the relevant provisions of PAGCOR's online gaming regulations and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, which cannot be resolved through 53jl's internal dispute resolution process (Section 14), shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit 53jl's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
